Thank you for setting your intention to Rediscover Your Joy.

I’m so glad to have you on board. You’ve made a powerful decision for yourself AND, your presence will add to the energy and joy of the group - and beyond.

You’ll be receiving an email in your inbox shortly welcoming you aboard - but in the meantime, here’s a few quick practical things:

• Our private facebook group will open on Friday 4th October, jump in, introduce yourself and connect with your fellow adventurers as soon as possible. Watch out for your invite to join shortly.

• There’ll be a topic for the day, each day from Monday 7th to Friday 10th October.

• You’ll receive bite-sized guidance and inspiration in an email at 6am (timing for the early birds).

• At 8am, I’ll be live in the Facebook group talking more about the topic and connecting with you

• Share your comments, questions and videos in the Facebook group at anytime

I’ll be in and out of our Facebook group daily with coaching prompts and encouragement.
